I rented two mountain sleds with Basecamp for the weekend recently, Lyndon took care of everything and had it all setup for us.Basecamp really showed they care about their customers and want them to come back when numerous issues came around that weren't really anyone's fault, yet Basecamp did the best possible things that could be done by a company in the circumstances.Basecamp is a fantastic group of people, even the guys working in the back loading equipment were great dudes, excited about things with engines, and wanting to help people out.

Loading up sleds on a Friday night to head to BC. Notice engine light on. Call to Basecamp when they open Saturday morning and talk to Aaron. They are booked up solid but he says bring it by and they will have a quick look. The second we showed up they got a forklift out the door, took sled inside, cleared the light and brought back out. Made the whole trip good without having to worry about sled shutting down. On the way home, Aaron calls to follow up on how sled ran and if everything was good. I know of quite a few dealerships that should take a page out of Aarons book. We have never bought a sled from this dealership(4 hrs away) and to get service like this is unheard of. I would recommend Aaron anytime. I have since been dealing with him on another issue and his response time and customer service is tip notch. Never had better customer service in my life!

Picked up a new 24 x3 from Sean this past Friday. Out of all the dealers I called he was the only one willing to explain all the different models to me. He went above and beyond to get everything Justin in finacing was also a dream to deal with would highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

I had a great service experience recently with Basecamp Motorsports in Calgary. I had arranged for needed work on my sled, was quoted, and accepted the cost to be charged. (I believe nothing worthwhile is inexpensive when done by a professionally trained service person, so was not shocked at the price quoted). A related issue was brought to my attention regarding one of the service items I requested, quoted - not much more, and also attended to. Upon taking my sled on my next ride everything worked perfectly for a great day out. Even though the service items I requested were in excess of $1,000.00, it was excellent money spent for services rendered and my price of mind inability to execute what was needed myself.

Huge shoutout to the team at Basecamp Motorsports, especially Lyndon Benz at the service counter! They got my sled in and fixed with no issuessmooth, professional, and efficient from start to finish. I really appreciated the frequent updates along the way, so I always knew what was happening. Great customer service and top-notch work. Highly recommend these guys if you need anything done right!

We are from Montreal and rented a two seat Bombardier Expedition LE 900. We had fantastic service from the staff, especially well looked after by Aaron Gardam. Even Basecamp water bottles were provided for the road! Definitely recommended for a rental. Thanks to the Basecamp Motorsports team.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience buying new quad at Basecamp! The entire team was fantastic, especially Sean, who guided me from my initial inquiry all the way to the delivery date. As a new Can-Am customer, I had plenty of questionsprobably more than I should have! But Sean, along with the parts team and the mechanic, were always accommodating and eager to help. I really appreciated their quick replies to my messages and the enjoyable conversations during my many visits to the store.
